20+ years building production infrastructure and engineering teams.

My career started in 2007, but my love for it began earlier, the day I first saw Linux. From that moment on, I've tried to learn something new every day.

Across those years I've worked as a full-stack developer, DevOps engineer, platform engineer, and engineering manager, across 50+ companies. Different teams, different problems, the same instinct: keep learning, ship real things.

Somewhere in there, I also ran thousands of technical interviews. Enough to know exactly where the process breaks: candidates who ace LeetCode but freeze on day one, take-homes you can't trust, whiteboard puzzles that don't predict anything, and now AI everywhere, with no one quite sure how to interview around it.
